We’ve been keeping Dublin and surrounding areas healthy since 1986.  Being in business for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on providing a customer experience second to none in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.  All new members are provided with a complete health assessment using the Polar BodyAge software system upon request.  Also, new members are provided with a fitness orientation to familiarize themselves with proper exercise equipment mechanics and facility layout.  The assessment and orientation will be conducted by one of our staff Exercise Physiologist.
