Supersetting is a workout method that works the same muscle group, but with different exercises. You’ll add intensity to your workout and recruit more muscle fibers, so it feels like you’re getting a whole new set of exercises. THIS VERSION INCLUDES ADDITIONAL CARDIO TRAINING WITHIN THE ROUTINE
