Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout. Circuit training is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Workouts focus on different muscle groups to give you a hardcore, full body workout each week with stations set up for cardio, strength and core exercises. Instructor will time participants with 3-4 rounds with 30, 45, or 60 second intervals.
